Background
I'm a freelance illustrator based in Munich who would like to soften and deepen her day-to-day experience of life, and tame the sometimes boring, repetitive days by taking time off work and connecting with stranger animals who sometimes tend to become long-term friends.

I live with my two cats these days, but I used to also live with two dogs, who passed away a couple of years ago, but still live in my head & heart. I used to volunteer at local animal support shelters back in the day when I was younger. There I supported & befriended huge and even unfriendly aggressive dogs. However, I currently only take care of cats. 

Services
These days, I only offer home visits to take care of pets, which includes spending 30 to 45 minutes of quality time with them, and taking care of their usual affairs. I no longer offer dog walking or sitting services.

Grooming and administering oral medication is not a problem if your pet is used to it. Watering your plants, picking up mail, and cleaning the litter box of the household kings & queens 🐈👑 is, of course, on the menu.

I personally cook no-sugar Protein, Taurin-enriched, Vitamin-added chicken breast for my cats every single evening. I include essential vitamins for their heart and overall health, like Omega-3, CoQ10 and Vitamin-E. That is, if you're also concerned about sugar-rich low-protein commercially-sold canned food, it'd be easy for me to prep your pets a quick, healthy meal that they will get used to & love - gradually.

Requirements
To make sure nothing is lost in the translation verbally & that everything goes as planned, I would prefer that you kindly write down & send over a list of requirements and tips for the service you are expecting for your beloved pets & plants; just as I do for the petsitters, I hire for my cats through pawshake. 

Attitude & Trust
I use Pawshake services as a pet owner all the time. You can be sure that I will take care of your loved ones with the care I expect from my petsitters and the love I express for my own pets. Well, maybe a tad less at the start!

To establish a base level of trust, please feel free to arrange an introductory meeting. If you are booking for home-sitting, you can, of course, ask to get a copy of my ID as well. Furthermore, you will get my personal phone number and the residential address you can gladly visit for a cup of coffee; to be sure you know who is taking care of your loved ones.

Communication

After your booking is confirmed, my communication will remain constant unless you want it otherwise. You will get:

- Updates, photos and videos of your loved ones every single time I visit.
- In case I'm providing a dog-walking service, you will get GPS-enabled dog walking report cards with time, location and distance metrics.
- I prefer communicating in English, but can manage German on a basic B1 level.

For house sitting services, while we do our best to be flexible, please be considerate about our time and arrive on time.
