Hey cat parents!

I’m Zahra and I'm a 34 year old journalist based in Düsseldorf caring for my feline friends every now and then. My cat Björk is 4 years old and I've had her since she was a baby. We had another cat for three years named Tito, a rescue who passed away last year at the age of 7. We now have another baby named Ozzy who is only a few months old.

I live very close to the Düsseldorf main station and have easy access to most parts of the city.

I understand how stressful and difficult it can be to find a trustworthy person to care for your loving felines while you're away and that’s my main motivation too for becoming a cat-sitter. I started doing it for friends when they would do the same for me and now I do it professionally too on the side and it’s been great so far.I fill up my time with playtime and cuddles with mine and my clients' cattos. I’m a journalist and as you’re aware of the bleakness of the global media scene, this job as a catsitter helps me pay my bills.

My services include playing, caring and feeding the cats. I can come by on a daily basis and I can also stay at your apartment for days you’re off on your vacation. During day visits I can either visit your cats twice or stay the entire day, depending on what works best for your babies. As I work remotely and have flexibility with timings. if you have any more specific questions feel free to reach out to me. I want to make my time with your cats as comfortable for you and them as possible so feel free to interview me before hand. 

I don't have professional experience like a vet but I've been around cats my whole life. I can also assist with trimming nails and brushing teeth if necessary. you can fully rely on me when it comes to being there for your furbabies.

The prices for my services are inclusive of the percentage taken by Pawshake.

It would be my pleasure to care for your lovely kiddos the way I care for mine.
