Hi, I’m Dilara!

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I was a dog owner for around eight years, and although my own dog stayed in Turkey with my family when I moved abroad, I still miss having a four-legged companion every day. Since I’m not in a position to adopt another dog just yet, becoming a dog sitter allows me to spend time doing something I genuinely love while giving dogs the care and attention they deserve.

To me, every dog is an individual with their own personality, preferences, and way of communicating. I enjoy taking the time to get to know each dog and earning their trust. Whether your dog is energetic and playful, calm and cuddly, or a little shy at first, I’ll adapt to what makes them feel comfortable and happy.

I work full-time during the week with a 50% home office schedule, which gives me flexibility. I’m happy to arrange my days whenever possible to accommodate your and your dog’s needs. When I’m with your dog, they will have my full attention. I love spending time outdoors, and I believe walks should be enjoyable, enriching experiences. I like to let dogs explore, sniff, and satisfy their curiosity because I see walks as their time, not just exercise. Of course, I’ll always respect your routines, training style, and any specific instructions you have.

Having owned a strong Pit Bull and regularly encountered stray dogs during our walks in Turkey, I’m comfortable handling larger dogs and staying calm in unexpected situations. Your dog’s safety and well-being will always be my highest priority.

I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. I’ll care for your companion with patience, kindness, and genuine affection, and I’ll happily keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
