I’m Piotr. I live in Berlin, and animals have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our family home was always full of pets, including dogs and small animals like rodents. 🐶🐰

Currently, I’m a proud cat dad to three felines. 🐱 Over the years, I’ve consistently served as the go-to sitter for friends and neighbors, caring for cats, dogs, and rabbits whenever they were away. I’ve also spent years volunteering with an animal foundation—fostering rescue cats, helping stray animals, and guiding them through their transition to permanent homes. I’m using Pawshake to extend that experience to a broader community and help other pet owners.

My Approach 😊

Every pet has a distinct personality, and I believe in giving them the time and space they need. I am patient, calm, and non-pushy. I let pets set their own boundaries—whether that means dynamic play, active walks, or simply sitting nearby in silence so a timid pet feels secure.

While my daily routine revolves around my cats, I am equally comfortable caring for dogs and small pets like rabbits or rodents. 🐾

What You Can Expect

• Home Visits (~40 minutes): Serving fresh food and water, cleaning bowls thoroughly, scooping litter boxes (or cleaning small animal enclosures), and spending quality time playing with or relaxing alongside your pet. 🏠
• Dog Walking (~45+ minutes): Attentive, relaxed walks tailored to your dog's energy level and pace. 🐕
• Updates & Photos: You’ll receive photos and videos during every visit or walk, along with a brief update on how your pet is doing. 📸
• Health & Medication: If your pet feels unwell or has an ongoing health condition, I can administer required medication (oral, topical, etc.). Should an emergency arise, I will notify you immediately and take your pet to the vet right away. 🩺
• Extra Care: I am also happy to take care of your houseplants while you're away. 🌿

If your pet has specific routines, medical needs, or unique habits, we can go over everything beforehand so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
