Hi, I’m Ann, and I’m always happy to spend time with a dog — even my cat Yakitori enjoys the company, though he’d never admit it.

Most days start with a walk to my favorite café, afterwards a walk in the park (especially when I have a dog with me), and finally I walk back home to start work. I can provide quick pee breaks as needed, and. go for another walk in the evening after work. I don't excercise, don't judge me lol, but I enjoy mid to long walk and, naturally, having to walk a dog allows you to get more steps in ;)

I started dog-sitting a little over two years ago when I realized that, with my travel schedule and family visits — at the time being single with two cats — getting my own dog wasn't a smart idea. Dog-sitting turned out to be the perfect solution.

The only real requirement on my end (besides being nice to Yakitori) is that the dog is comfortable being left alone to run daily errands.

Meet-ups prior to overnight stays. Sadly, some owners straight out lie about their dog's behaviour, whereas in other cases it's just impossible to predict how the dog will react to the cat. Most dogs, even those who have never encountered a cat before, are incredibly chill and sweet. - It's actually pretty cool to experience :)

PS: I sing to them all the time and give olive oil paw rubs . Currently perfecting my nose/face massage technique :D
