Hey you! My name is Justina, I am 32 years old, I come from Lithuania where I raised two dogs (a Rottweiler and a Caucasian mountain dog) and two cats (mongrels). I live in Lichtenrade neighborhood with my dog Lucy (3.5 year old Pointer mix) and a husband Brian (who is also a big fan of animals). I have graduated from a professional dog trainer course (Dogmenti Hundeschule in Berlin) and I have a deep background knowledge about dogs. Experience with the dogs I've lived, amongst all the things, most of all taught me that a pet is a friend, a family member, with unique personality, emotions, preferences and specific needs. During all my interactions with pets and people I try to figure out these needs and accomodate them as good as I can. I moved to Berlin in 2020, I work remotely part-time as a software developer and spend my free time researching animal (especially, canine) behaviour, going on doggy dates and use every opportunity to spend quality time with my dog Lucy. I am a strong believer and a follower of positive reinforcement and oppose any punishement strategy as means of animal training.
