I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life, so being around animals has always felt like home. I started pet sitting 14 years ago, caring for a sweet 12-year-old cat, and since then I’ve gained lots of experience with pets of all ages — especially seniors. I’m comfortable giving medication, keeping up with feeding routines, cleaning litter boxes, and of course making time for play, attention, and cuddles (only if they’re into that!).

I also offer dog walking and truly enjoy it. I’m happy to adapt walks to each dog’s energy level and personality, whether that means calm, leisurely strolls for senior dogs or longer, more playful walks for energetic pups. I always make sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while getting the exercise and enrichment they need.

I have a soft spot for older animals. Back home, I helped at a shelter that rescued senior dogs, and here in Berlin I adopted two cats (ages 6 and 3). One is shy and quiet and likes his space respected, while the other is playful and energetic — so I’m very used to adapting to different personalities and needs.

I started pet sitting in Berlin while friends were traveling, and it quickly became something I really love. It’s a wonderful way for me to stay connected to animals and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their humans are away.
