"Gratiana is such an incredible sitter! She truly cares so much for animals with love and compassion, this is obvious from all of her interactions.
Even though my dog can be a bit grumpy and reactive due to old age, she was not troubled by this at all and knew how to approach him and they became best friends soon after. She seems to have great experience with more advanced / complicated pets so I felt very reassured to have her support.
She was also a superb communicator, fast, reliable and comprehensive. She was also very flexible as our schedule changed quite a bit and she was able to accomodate it all.
Thank you for your exceptional kindness Gratiana during a rather overwhelming time for me, you made sure I was not worried about the animals at all <3"

"Long trips are challenging when you have pets, as we need to find someone we trust to take care of our beloved Don.
Pamela was perfect, as she has lots of experience with cats. Don trusted her from the first time, which made us fell really good, as he usually takes his time to trust people.
She showed up everyday at the time we agreed, sent videos and pictures of him playing and we managed to spend these 20 days really relaxed.
When we were back, the house was organised and clean (as we left it), and Don was happy, looking forward to see us! Can't thank Pamela enough! Definitely recommended!"
