"Natalia was an incredibly good help and gave me a lot of support when I was in need. She looked after my cat while I had to go on a trip. She understood my cat immediately and my cat loved her too. Natalia understands the needs of animals very well, knows exactly what they need, speaks their language and makes them feel comfortable and at ease. "Deborah minded our 4 month old toy poodle puppy when my boyfriend and i needed to be out of the house for the evening. We gave her keys so she could visit him along with her partner and the whole thing was very smooth. She sent a photo update to let us know he was ok and when we got home he was super relaxed, and the apartment was as we left it. Would totally book again. Thank you! "

"Irem met me and my cat Hubi quite spontaneously which was really cool. Even though Irem said that she didn't have any experience with cats I felt that she was really willing to get along with Hubi and to bond with her. I'm used to cat sitters walking in and out to see where everything is and then leave quickly. Irem was different, she took a lot of time to really connect with Hubi and make me feel safe about everything. When I came home after my 5 days holiday Hubi seemed happy and everything was fine. Thanks Irem, gerne wieder! :)"
