They were going for a walk, he wasn't crying at home, and she was sending me videos of how he is adapting, what he is doing at home/on the street. Moreover, it's easy to stay in touch with Alyanna, she always replies quickly and cares about whether you need a sitter next week, what time, what special requirements your dog has.

"Paola was very nice and communicative from the start. She understood my cats needs perfectly and took very good care of him. She played with him, brushed his hair and gave him alot of cuddles. She took all my fears away of leaving my cat. After sending the pictures i thought my cat might like her more than me :D
