"Natalia took great care of my three cats while I was enjoying a nearly week-long stay in Paris. So, based on my experience, I would definitely hire her again and/or recommend her cat-sitting service.
One of my cats, which is very anxious around new people, approached Natalia within the first half-hour. This had never happened before, so the lady seems to have some good vibes ;)
We worked with a checklist (to minimize the chances of forgetting things) and had an emergency plan in place. I have two cats' robot toilets (LavvieBot and LitterRobot 3 Connect), and Natalia managed to deal with them as well.
When I was away, Natalia had regular interactive playtime with the cats and let them onto the terrace. What I really liked and enjoyed a lot were the daily photo and video updates. I could see that the cats were satisfied.
Because of Natalia's caring attitude, responsible approach, and kind communication style (good English), I could relax on my holiday.

"Ich kann Lorena als Tierbetreuerin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie hat sich eine Woche lang um meine Katze gekümmert und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte jeden Tag Fotos und Neuigkeiten und meine Katze war gut versorgt und zufrieden, als ich zurückkam. Die Kommunikation und die gesamte Organisation mit Lorena war völlig problemlos. "
