"We had a really great experience with Gizem. She always spent plenty of time with our cats, and it was clear she genuinely enjoyed being with them. She followed all the instructions we shared and made sure our cats were comfortable. She kept us updated throughout our trip, and when one of our cats threw up, she came the next day to check on her, even though she wasn’t scheduled to visit. She also watered our plants without us even asking, which was such a lovely gesture. We really appreciated how thoughtful and caring she was, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. "Es hat alles super geklappt! Franka hat während unseres Urlaubs unser Haustier vor Ort versorgt. Man ist ja doch etwas nervös, wenn man einer fremden Person den Wohnungsschlüssel gibt, aber das war hier völlig unbegründet. Kontakt, Schlüsselübergabe und Buchung schnell und problemlos.
Franka kam zuverlässig an den vereinbarten Tagen und hat unser Tier bestens versorgt.
