She took the time to come by in advance to meet us and our cat, asking all the right questions to ensure she knew exactly what needed to be done. As per our request, Nataly visited every second day, taking care of the litter box, refilling the water bowl, and spending time with our pet. She was also very thoughtful and kind, personally delivering the keys back to us after her final visit. We wholeheartedly recommend Nataly as a reliable, caring, and professional sitter!"
