"Paulo is fantastic - prompt, reliable & offers great communication - including pictures of my pet which is so nice to receive whilst away. He clearly loves animals and is wonderful with my cat and stays to play with him after the chores are done.
I highly recommend Paulo to care for your pets when you can't be there. I have used him 3 times now and will definitely book again."

Katharina hat sich liebevoll um Joy gekümmert und konnte sich mit ihr anfreunden (das gelingt nicht jedem!). Wir haben täglich ein Update und Videos bekommen. "We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She cared for all our boys with so much love and attention, and went above and beyond in every way — even doing extra things like cleaning the cat bowls and taking out the bins.
Being away from them is never easy, but this was the first time we truly felt relaxed and at peace knowing they were safe, happy, and so well looked after. When our flight was delayed, she even came back at very short notice to feed them again, which meant so much to us.
You can really feel how much she cares about animals, and we are incredibly grateful. Absolutely amazing — we would trust her with our boys anytime 🧡🖤🤍"

"I’m so grateful for the wonderful care Jie Wei gave to my dog, Sammy! She was incredibly sweet with her and did an amazing job keeping her entertained and happy while I was away. It was clear that Sammy really liked her and felt comfortable around her. I especially appreciated the thoughtful updates and photos she sent—they gave me peace of mind and always made me smile.
