Katharina hat sich liebevoll um Joy gekümmert und konnte sich mit ihr anfreunden (das gelingt nicht jedem!). Wir haben täglich ein Update und Videos bekommen. "Gabriela ist einer der liebsten und tollsten Menschen, die Loulu und ich kennenlernen durften. Sie ist sehr empathisch, sehr toll im Umgang mit Hunden und sehr zuverlässig.
Es werden immer Bilder, Videos und Updates geschickt und Termine zuverlässig eingehalten :)
Für mich ist sie die Beste, der ich meine Kleine anvertrauen kann, wenn ich länger außer Hauses bin ❤️"

"We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She cared for all our boys with so much love and attention, and went above and beyond in every way — even doing extra things like cleaning the cat bowls and taking out the bins.
Being away from them is never easy, but this was the first time we truly felt relaxed and at peace knowing they were safe, happy, and so well looked after. When our flight was delayed, she even came back at very short notice to feed them again, which meant so much to us.
You can really feel how much she cares about animals, and we are incredibly grateful. Absolutely amazing — we would trust her with our boys anytime 🧡🖤🤍"

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the dog walking services I received! Vivalda was fantastic—she was not only on time every single visit but also incredibly communicative, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I received updates, photos and videos during each visit. She’s clearly great with dogs and my pup absolutely loved her! I could tell she took the time to engage with her and make sure she was happy during their walks. On top of that, Vivalda was super flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which made everything so much easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and adaptable dog walker. For sure will book again :)"
