"I'm so happy we've met Stephanie. I was really worried since my dog, Pina, can be anxious around new people and new places. Once we met Stephanie and Alfie, my worries just went away. She took the time to help Pina relax and feel at home and was very attentive to Pina's needs as a fearful dog. She communicated very openly and frequently with me from the first moment and was also very flexible to my changing schedules. At first I was hesitant about having another dog in the house but now I'm actually grateful that Alfie was there. He became a friend and a great support to Pina. I'm very thankful and would highly recommend Stephanie."

"Antonia really really saved us this New Years holiday! We were searching for a cat sitter on very short notice, our cat had been staying somewhere else and it had not gone to plan, she was very nervous, stressed and therefore also not behaving in her usual sweet manner. the hosts wanted her to stay elsewhere and we also didn’t want her to be uncomfortable. It was of course a difficulty on short notice to find someone who we felt could handle the situation whilst we were away. Antonia was really responsive and kind from our first messages, she was concerned as we were for the comfort of our cat and reassured us with the breadth of her knowledge of animals and her gentle and understanding manner with them. She drove to collect our cat and hosted her for two nights, she kept us up to date with regular pictures and messages and we could tell that after a very short while our cat was becoming very comfortable and relaxed. We thought it would be a struggle to get our cat in her carry case without us being there but Antonia managed it with ease and patience in just ten minutes. Although she was misbehaving a little at the beginning Antonia was so understanding and patient with her. We were so happy when we collected our cat to find her her usual happy self! Thank you Antonia for helping us to feel at ease whilst we were away, if we could give more than 5 stars we would! ⭐️🐈🐾💗🎀"
