"Marie and Marc are incredibly warm and caring people. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable leaving Olaf with them, and that feeling was confirmed throughout his stay from Friday to Monday. Olaf had a wonderful time, and I received regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. I would absolutely leave Olaf in Marie and Marc‘s care again whenever I need a dog sitter, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them."

"I couldn’t find better! I used to work as wildlife animal rescuer which also included many difficult medical and behavioral cases including dogs and cats. I have quite a lot of experience in working with animals and people and to my judgement based on my previous experiences Alexandra and her husband are the most warm, accommodating and competent people I could find on this app to take care of my dog. I’m an owner of medically complex, reactive and traumatized dog that fled the war and was born homeless on the streets of Ukraine. This was my first time finding a petsitter for my girl and I was really anxious about it due to fact that taking care of my dog is just simply a challenge on many levels. Before booking the service I spoke to Alexandra and provided her all the essential info about my dog to let her decide if they want to take care of my dog. After booking we met for a short talk. I felt really accommodated and I became sure that I found the right people. Alexandra was willing to take every extra steps to prepare for taking my dog like having a short walk, feeding my dog with me, making sure medical instructions are understood well etc. After I left Runa I was getting pictures of my dog a few times a day with lovely messages and observations that only experienced animal caretaker can make. Even though my dog is rather anxious one, on the pictures I received I noticed that my girl was mostly relaxing and resting so I know she was in the right hands. I would also like to mention that Alexandra’s flat is extremely well taken care of, very clean and just lovely so I was sure that my dog is safe. The couple is really warm and pleasant to be around and I could really recognize that they both love animals. Also I want to mention that they’re both extremely considerate and asked the right questions all the time. I was quite insecure about the complexity of the challenge that my dog is but both made me feel sure that my dog isn’t that difficult and Runa was treated with proper care and love. After picking my dog I noticed that the experience didn’t affect my dog negatively at all. I also received a lovely instax photo of Runa which is a sweet memory for me. I will definetly book Alexandra again and I would like to recommend the couple with all my heart 🤍"

"Sophie was the best that could have happened to us when we needed care for our Timmy. We are so grateful to her and her husband! They both devotedly and lovingly looked after Timmy for two weeks and gave him a wonderful time. He felt at home in no time at all. "Angelica is a trustworthy and experienced dogsitter. We left our Poodle, 12 months, for a 2 weeks stay as we were on a trip abroad. He was treated as a family member with lots ov love and cuddling. He liked to move freely in the spacious flat and terrace and enjoyed the social contact with other guest dogs and Angelicas own dog Aji. The neighborhood is peaceful and calm and ideal for walks. Angelica really knows what she is doing and beyond the daily routine she meets the dogs emotional needs in an extraordinary way. She is easy to communicate with and kept our minds at ease with daily photos and videos, what we really appreciated. "I left my Yuki with Julia for the 2nd time and had once again a great experience! The communication with Julia is very easy and quick and she took my last minutes request a couple of days before. "We were very happy with Fatima and her husband Imma as dog sitters for our dog Mila. They gave Mila plenty of space and time to get used to them and her new surroundings. They were very gentle with her and kept us updated every day. Luna, their little dog, also got on brilliantly with Mila, and by the end of the week’s pet-sitting, it was clear just how well the two had bonded. We’d recommend Fatima to anyone – there wasn’t a single moment when we felt uneasy. We’d definitely use her services again :)"
