She cared for our anxious rescue dog for an entire month while we were on our honeymoon, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Our dog can be very nervous around new people and new environments, but Haein took care of her with so much attention, patience, empathy, and genuine love.
She took the time to understand our dog’s routines, triggers, and comfort needs. We received regular updates, videos and photos, and thoughtful messages that immediately put us at ease. It was clear that our dog wasn’t just being “looked after” — they were truly cared for and loved. We are incredibly grateful for the trust, consistency, and kindness that Haein provided.

"Begum, Anil and their delightful Berlin were the perfect hosts for my 5 year old boy.
It was my first time leaving my dog for such a long time and they made it all so easy.
They listed to my instructions on feeding and daily routine, they even brushed his teeth! He got plenty of activity and attention and had a great time on his “holiday” .
I was able to relax during my time away knowing he was being well taken care of and Begum shared daily updates on their adventures.
A great experience! If you’re looking for someone to really take CARE of your pet, I could not recommend them enough "

"Cami and Pedro are a lovely young couple! They made sure that Lazy had the best time, and always taking care of her. My dog is an old dog, so she mainly is calm, but their company helped her feel calm. Once they took her to their office which she loved. Also, helped that both of them speak Spanish :)

"Angelica is a trustworthy and experienced dogsitter. We left our Poodle, 12 months, for a 2 weeks stay as we were on a trip abroad. He was treated as a family member with lots ov love and cuddling. He liked to move freely in the spacious flat and terrace and enjoyed the social contact with other guest dogs and Angelicas own dog Aji. The neighborhood is peaceful and calm and ideal for walks. Angelica really knows what she is doing and beyond the daily routine she meets the dogs emotional needs in an extraordinary way. She is easy to communicate with and kept our minds at ease with daily photos and videos, what we really appreciated. "I left my Yuki with Julia for the 2nd time and had once again a great experience! The communication with Julia is very easy and quick and she took my last minutes request a couple of days before. During Yuki's stay she kept me posted all the time and sent me cute pictures of her :) It's clear how Julia cares for the dogs' well-being and that Yuki always has a great time with her. "Franzi ist die beste Hundesitterin, die wir je gebucht haben. Sie ist super herzlich und man merkt ihr die Liebe zu Hunden wirklich an. Bailey hat sich auf Anhieb bei ihr und der Familie wohl gefühlt. Er wurde liebevoll und auf seine Bedürfnisse hin entsprechend betreut. Es wurde sich an alle Absprachen gehalten und sie war stets zuverlässig und immer erreichbar.
Wir sind rundum zufrieden und unendlich glücklich sie gefunden zu haben.
Die nächste Betreuung ist bereits gebucht.

"Anastassia took care of the dog really well, he liked her a lot and he quickly got comfortable with her. I got sent pictures and was in contact with her, I cluld really see that my dog was having a good time. This was my first time leaving my dog with someone else, I was scared at first but after meeting Anastassia and seeing how my dog reacted to her I saw that I had nothing to worry about, she was super welcoming and respected all of the things that we asked from her. From the pictures and what she was telling me it became obvious to me that Leo felt really at home with her, he looked like he was having the time of his life. I would really recommend leaving your dog with Anastassia. ☺️ "

"We couldn’t be happier with the care Angelika provided for our Boxer, Austin. From the moment we met her, we knew he was in the best hands. Angelika’s home is absolutely lovely, with a spacious and beautifully kept backyard where Austin could play and relax.
What truly sets Angelika apart is the genuine love and attention she gives to the animals in her care. She treated Austin as if he were her own, keeping us updated with the sweetest photos and videos of him having a great time. It was so comforting to see how happy he was with her and her family.

"Valeria and her boyfriend took great care of Roxy while I was away on a business trip. Roxy is a big dog, and while she's a sweetheart in the apartment, she can be quite challenging on a walk as she doesn't like most dogs she meets. I was very relieved and grateful to have found Valeria who was able to walk her with confidence and calmness, creating a special bond of trust between them!
