Hi! Mein Name ist Rey. Ich bin Doktorandin hier in Potsdam und kümmere mich gerne um Ihr Haustier. Ich selbst habe einen Hund, Everest. Ich hatte auch zehn Jahre lang eine Katze. Meine Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Park Sanssouci und nur wenige Gehminuten von verschiedenen Seen und vom Wald entfernt. Ich gehe jeden Tag drei Stunden mit meinem Hund spazieren und nehme Ihren Hund gerne mit auf den Weg, um ihm die Zeit im Freien und den Spaß zu bieten, den er braucht!

Bei Hunden übernehme ich nur die Betreuung von kleinen bis mittelgroßen Hunden, da Everest Angst vor großen Hunden hat. Mein Haus ist voller Spielzeuge in allen Größen, und ich liebe es, Tieren neue Tricks beizubringen und ihnen verschiedene Spiele zur mentalen Stimulation zu geben.

Ich kann keine Katzen bei mir halten, da Everest sie ärgern könnte; aber ich komme gerne bei dir vorbei, wenn du deine Fellnasen füttern, mit ihnen spielen und kuscheln musst.

Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass ich mich für positive Bildung einsetze. Ich glaube an die Interaktion mit Haustieren in einem geduldigen, fürsorglichen und positiven Kontext. Ich weigere mich, Zwangsmethoden bei Haustieren anzuwenden (keine Schock- oder Erstickungshalsbänder). Obwohl ich kein Trainer bin, kann ich mich gut um Haustiere kümmern, die aus Tierheimen kommen und eine schwierige Vergangenheit oder Verhaltensprobleme haben. Ich fühle mich wohl damit, sowohl Katzen als auch Hunden Medikamente zu verabreichen. Ich verstehe auch die Notwendigkeit, sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Haustier glücklich ist, und ich bin per Text sehr reaktionsschnell und sende viele Bilder, wenn Sie es anfordern :)

Hi! My name is Rey. I am a PhD student here in Potsdam, and I will be glad to take care of your pet. I myself have a dog, Everest. I also had a cat for ten years. My appartment is situated right next to Sanssouci Parc, and at a few minutes walk from different lakes and from the forest. I do three hours of walk with my dog every day, and will gladly take your dog on the way to offer him to outdoor time and fun he needs! 

For dogs, I only accept to take care of small to medium-sized dogs, as Everest is afraid of big dogs. My house is full of toys of all sizes, and I love teaching animals new tricks and to give them different games for mental stimulation. I also have experience with giving meds to pets (dogs, cats or smaller pets). 

I cannot keep cats at my place as Everest might annoy them; but I'll gladly drop by your place when you need to feed your fur babies, play with them and cuddle them. I mostly work from home, so I will be available for your pet without problem :)

I want to add that I am all about positive education. I believe in interaction with pets in a patient, caring and positive context. I refuse to use coercive methods on any pet (no shock or chocking collar). Although I'm not a trainer, I am good with taking care of pets coming from shelters and having a difficult past, or behavioral problems. I am comfortable with giving medicine to both cats and dogs. I also understand the need to make sure that your pet is happy and I am very responsive by text and will send a lot of pictures if you request it :)

Bonjour! Moi c'est Rey. Je suis doctorante ici à Potsdam et je serai heureuse de m'occuper de votre animal de compagnie. J'ai moi-même un chien, Everest. J'ai aussi eu un chat pendant dix ans. Mon appartement est situé juste à côté du parc de Sanssouci, et à quelques minutes à pied de différents lacs et de la forêt. Je fais trois heures de promenade avec mon chien tous les jours, et me ferai un plaisir d'emmener votre chien sur le chemin pour lui offrir une bonne depense et tout l'amusement dont il a besoin!

Pour les chiens, je n'accepte de m'occuper que des chiens de petite à moyenne taille, car Everest a peur des gros chiens. Ma maison est pleine de jouets de toutes tailles, et j'aime enseigner de nouveaux tours aux animaux et leur donner différents jeux pour leur stimulation mentale.

Je ne peux pas garder les chats chez moi car l'Everest pourrait les ennuyer ; mais je passerai volontiers chez vous lorsque vous aurez besoin que quelqu'un s'occupe de votre boule de poils.

Je tiens à ajouter que je ne pratique que l'éducation positive. Je n'interagit avec les animaux de compagnie que dans un contexte patient, bienveillant et positif. Je refuse d'utiliser des méthodes coercitives sur n'importe quel animal de compagnie (comme les colliers electriques ou etrangleurs ... pas de ca chez moi!). Bien que je ne sois pas educatrice, je suis douée pour m'occuper d'animaux de compagnie venant de refuges et ayant un passé difficile, ou des problèmes de comportement. Je suis à l'aise de donner des médicaments aux chats et aux chiens. Je comprends également la nécessité de faire en sorte que votre animal soit heureux et je suis très réactif par SMS et vous enverrai beaucoup de photos si vous en faites la demande :)
