Hey! I'm Conor.

I'm Irish, and earn my living as a musician and songwriter here in Berlin.

Dogs hold a special place in my heart, as my dog Whiskey entered our family after we lost our dad - and was an immense support to the family. I'm the kind of guy who can't help but notice every dog on the street or ubahn, and completely lose track of whatever conversation I was having. I think it's in my blood. Dogs have always just seemed marvellous - how attentive they are towards life while most of the human world are lost in devices. They calm you just by their presence.

My girlfriend has been a professional cat-sitter for the past two years, and I've become an unoffical protege of hers, helping with clean-ups, play-time and looking after a whole array of puss-cats. I had a cat named biscuits as a child, who was as independent as they come, and claimed at least one other household on the street as his domain, and dining room. Meeting all these different pusses these last two years, I've learned how varying cats' temperments and personalities can be. And have fallen in love with them madly. They never cease to fasincinate me. With their hot/cold moods, and endlessly entertaining personalities. As such, I'm also very happy to cat-sit and look after your felines.

As a musician you have to tour, and having to leave a pup or puss at home while I'm away so often just doesn't feel right. I know the pet would be fine - but I'd go stir crazy hoping they are alright - so, for the moment, I'm dogless/catless and it looks like I will remain so until I write that hit Christmas single, and reap those royalty rewards every holiday season. (A man can dream). In the meantime, I'd be honored to spend some quality time with your pooch or puss-cat on one of my long daily walks down the canal where we'd attentively look at the world, and dream up lyrics, or just keep each other company in your flat while you're away, or simply playing and cozing up with your cat. Always happy to help a pet in need.

One more thing: my name in Irish is Conchur. It literally translates as 'lover of hounds'. Just sayin'.
