I speak German, English, Spanish, and a tiny bit of French :)

Hey everyone! My name is Berta, I come from Spain, and I am 21 years old. I am currently living in Berlin and working at the BUNDJugend developing actions and workshops in climate and environmental protection. 

Even though I do love my job, I have realized that I am desperately in need of some of more animals, walks, and time outside in my life. Having had a dog (Miniature Schnauzer) for 14 years, multiple cats, and having always taken care of my family's and friends' dogs, I thought it would be amazing to add this long-lived passion of mine to my daily life.

I consider myself to be a responsible, caring, and patient person who more than anything understands that pets are not possessions nor display items, but instead living beings in themselves who deserve to be treated with respect and care. With pets, I love to do a great variety of activities: from taking long and relaxed walks around parks, forests, or just around the block (if the pet prefers that, hihi), to cuddling, to playing and running around. But of course, I understand if it is just the first one - my dog was a very calm dog who enjoyed the slowness of life - and I love to adapt to that as well.
