Über mich 🐕

Hi, ich bin Elly, 24, Psychologiestudentin und seit über drei Jahren leidenschaftliche Dogsitterin. Ich komme ursprünglich aus München, habe in Amsterdam und Berlin gelebt und wohne jetzt in Trier. Ich spreche Deutsch und Englisch, dazu ein bisschen Französisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch. Ich bin mit drei Hunden aufgewachsen und liebe jede Persönlichkeit, egal ob Welpe, Senior, Training oder Tierschutz. Bewegung, Natur und ein sicherer Umgang stehen für mich an erster Stelle.

Meine Umgebung 🏡

Ich wohne in Trier West im Erdgeschoss einer WG, direkt in der Nähe von Parks und schönen Spazierwegen. Ich gehe viel zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad und biete sowohl Stadtspaziergänge als auch Waldrunden an. Dein Hund kann sich bei mir wie zuhause fühlen.

Hi there! I'm Elly (24), and I'm excited to share my passion for dogs with you. Originally from Munich, I recently moved from Amsterdam (where I started dogsitting +3 years ago) to Berlin and now live in Trier to continue my psychology master. As a student, I speak German, English and have a basic understanding of French, Spanish and Portuguese. Growing up with three dogs, I've developed a deep love and understanding for our furry friends and their unique characters. No matter what breed or age your dog is, I enjoy caring for every dog (including puppies, old dogs, dogs in training, rescue dogs...), and I promise they will have a safe and lovely time with me! I'm active and love being outdoors, especially in nature!

MY PLACE 🏡 

Currently, I live in Trier West, where there are some beautiful parks and places that are perfect for walking dogs. I enjoy cycling around Trier, but it would be even better if you lived nearby! I currently reside in a shared, cozy apartment (bottom floor). I can take not only city and park walks but also trips to the nearby forest areas! Your pets will feel right at home with me. Whether it's city strolls or adventures in nature, I'm here to cater to their needs and preferences.

WHAT I OFFER 🦴🐾

• I ensure that your dog gets enough exercise and activity, as well as enough rest periods to recover and relax. I respect your dog's needs and boundaries and adapt to their individual preferences and behaviors. If needed I inject medicine, bring them to the vet, wash them, brush teeth, help in training your dog or simply become their new friend 

• If your dog has special needs or limitations, we can discuss them beforehand, and I will do my best to provide the best possible care for them - whether they enjoy sniffing around, running and roughhousing, or prefer leisurely walks and cuddling - I cater to your furry friend's individual needs and preferences. If your dog enjoys running alongside a bicycle or swimming, they are welcome to do so with me. I also provide relaxing "me-time" for them, where they can simply doze off or snooze. I take loving care of your dog and don't hesitate to clean them up from dirt and mess. Whether I need to fish things out of their mouth or clean their paws - I'm ready for all challenges!

• I'll keep you updated on your dog's daily schedule and activities, and I'm happy to send you photos and videos of them during their time with me.

• I take my responsibility as a dog caregiver very seriously and ensure that all safety measures are followed (such as walking on a leash unless they're allowed to run freely) to ensure your dog's well-being and health.

Please introduce your dog in your initial message. Include their name, breed, age, and any special behaviors, routines, or challenges I should know about. Transparency about your dog’s needs is essential so I can ensure their comfort and safety, and provide the best possible care. If your dog has any reactivity, anxiety, or specific training requirements (e.g., wearing a muzzle, nervous around strangers, leash-sensitive, etc.), please let me know in advance. That way we can plan a calm and safe first meeting.

I’m happy to offer a free introductory meetup so we can see how your dog and I get along before confirming any bookings.

If not discussed otherwise, I only care for one dog at a time, to give them my full attention and create a stress-free environment.
