I am Monica, Why do I became a petsitter? it is an easy answer: because I grew up surround them. Therefore, I learned to take care of them. Actually, I' ve had pets as bunnies, fishes, turtles, hamsters, birds, even chickens  and of course cats and dogs. In fact, we've always had pets at home since I can remember, so you can imagine that I really like pets. Having a good company around at home will awesome and it is the chance to looking after your cat/dog (I prefer small size) to have a lot of fun, with a special touch of love. I live very close to museum park, Het park, Heemraadspark and some green areas, which are more than ideal for a walk, which usually are two small ones (20 min approx.) and one long walk (30 min - 1hour/1 hour and a half). In addition, I have a small terrace where they can stay, take sun, play, walk around or just chilling out.

So, if you think that I can become your pet sitter, they are more than welcome to my cozy place and I will do my best taking care of them as mine. Because I am at home most of the time I am able to give them all they need. I live alone, and I do not have any pets. So, It means more space to move around to explore and more comfortable too.. The couch is nice for chilling out, rest, play or having a nap. They really like it!

Because my flexibility regarding to the service we can meet and discuss what can I do for your pet, and in between he/she can explore, know my place, know me and make a connection with me. 

 SERVICES:

• Dog Boarding (24 hrs.) and Daycare ( 1-10 hrs.): Because I am at home, I have plenitude of time to provided them full attention, So I am very flexible so it will depend on what you are looking for, I mean, based on your recommendations and indications. I do not have any preference regarding to the age, but I do for the size (I prefer small size). I prefer taking one pet guest at the time, because more attention to them could be given. They are not going to be alone for more that 3 hrs. (boarding service) and no more than one hour (daycare service).The guest pets could sleep in the living room in their bed or If they prefer on the coach at the living room, They love it!. It means that the coach and/or chairs can be used for a nap, sleeping, play, or rest. Additionally, I really love share time with them in my bed in the evening for a couple of hours before going to bed, just playing/petting/nap. The boarding rate is charged per 24 hour period. 

Boarding and Day care Dog Walking: Short walks are at least 20-30 min (2-3 times per day: 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening and 1 before going to bed). Long walks: +/- 30 min-1 hour/1h 30 min (1 per day, usually in the afternoon) because I love to give them time wherever they want to stop to explore the area, or play in the grass and I really enjoy their company to have a coffee :). Other than that the length of the walk is too much.. In case of day care, the walk time is the same, but instead of 3-4 walks/day, it will be 2-3 times. 

• Home Visits (at least 30 min): The time is often you, morning, afternoon or evening. During this time, I will feed them, provide water and wherever they need. In case of Cats: clean litter tray and spend time with the cat, for Dogs - spend time engaging and playing with the dog. Dogs will be brought out to the toilet. ForPuppies/senior dogs: clean up any mess made by the dog and for Small pets: tidy cages and do a full clean if the booking is more than 4 days.
• Dog Walking (30 min): Short walks are for around 30 min (at least), but is too long they could be shorter, it depends on your preferences. I think that keep the leashes on are important to have a safe walking.
• House sitting (24 hour period): If you prefer, I can go to your home to look after them. As I mentioned before I am very flexible based on your recommendations, but in general for cats: clean litter tray and spend time with the cat, for dogs: At least 1 hour of physical exercise (indoor/outdoor play) multiple walks or one long walk, it is often you, pick up all dog poop in the backyard during the stay. Additional services aswatering plants, mail etc., can be discussed.
