Hallo liebe Tierfreunde,

Ich habe für 8 Jahre in Neuseeland gelebt und gearbeitet und habe dort meine Liebe für Housesitting für mich entdeckt. Mein letztes Jahr habe ich dort mit Haus- und Pet sitting verbracht, während ich von zu Hause aus gearbeitet habe, was mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat.

Im Laufe der letzten 2 Jahre habe ich unter anderem auf Hunde, Katzen, Ratten, Mäuse, Hasen, Fische, Enten und Gänse aufgepasst. Darunter waren junge wie auch ältere Tiere, bei manchen mussten auch Medikamente verabreicht werden, was für mich keine Hürde darstellt. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von Menschen, die ihr Zuhause für andere öffnen, und von dem respektvollen und interessanten Austausch, der dort stattfindet. Ich liebe es, neue Umgebungen zu erleben und dabei Tiere und neue Menschen kennenzulernen, die mir helfen, meinen Horizont zu erweitern. Seit Anfang August 2023 bin ich nun zurück in meinem Heimatland Deutschland und versuche mich als freiberuflicher Übersetzer in der Hoffnung, weiterhin von verschiedenen Orten der Welt aus zu arbeiten, zu positionieren.

Mein ganzes Leben lang hatte ich Haustiere um mich herum – ich bin mit Katzen, Kaninchen und Meerschweinchen aufgewachsen, und auch später in Wohngemeinschaften gab es Hunde und Katzen. Ich hatte das große Glück, dass ich nie auf die Liebe unserer vierbeinigen Freunde verzichten musste. Da mein momentaner Lebensstil kein eigenes Haustier zulässt, freue ich mich, wenn ich daher mit den deinen Zeit verbringen darf (Win-Win quasi :))

Meine andere Liebe gilt der Natur und dem Wandern. Mein erster Job war die Arbeit mit Blumen in einem Blumenladen mit Gartencenter. Da mein Papa ein Gärtner ist, bin ich mit einem üppigen Garten aufgewachsen und teile die Liebe, die er für Pflanzen hat. Sprich, solltest du zusätzlich noch Indoor- oder Outdoor-Pflanzen haben, die Versorgung brauchen, kann ich mich auch hier gerne einbringen!

Seit November 2024 wohne ich nun im Herzen Münchens, gleich in der Nähe der Theresienwiese in einer 4er WG. Da ich nicht alleine wohne, kann ich derzeit leider keine Tiere bei mir aufnehmen, bin aber gerne bereit, Hausbesuche (im Umkreis von 10 km), sowie auch Übernachtungen (im Raum München, Ingolstadt und je nach Länge des Sits, auch in anderen Standorten) als Service anzubieten.

She took great care of our home and our cat and gave us regular updates that showed us that we left our cat in very good hands. When we came home, the apartment was clean and we were able to settle back into our apartment without hassle :)

Lisa was everything we could have wanted from our first sitter for our two bunnies!

Being the first time we've left our bunnies for such a long time (around 4 weeks), we were naturally a little apprehensive of the process. From the beginning, Lisa did everything to set our hearts to rest. She is attentive, organised and very easy to communicate with. We received lots of updates and photos, and she was never afraid to ask questions where necessary.

We had some bad luck and one of our bunnies went into GI stasis during our time away - Lisa noticed right away, alerted us and handled the situation like a pro, including bi hourly syringe feeds and tummy rubs. It was really comforting to know he was well looked after. We owe her out bunnies life! Despite all of the unexpected extra effort, we still arrived home to a very tidy house, happy plants and a fridge full of prepared salads for the bunnies, which was more than we could ever have asked.

We would recommend Lisa as a sitter without hesitation!

It was super easy to align with Elisabeth on details around arrival, pet care and departure. She was organized, flexible and fast communicator.

During my trip she went regular updates on how things were going and photos of my animals.

Upon my return, not only was my house spotless, it was clear how much my animals loved her. Oscar the dog was constantly cuddling and sitting on her lap and cats came to get their head scratches.

I highly recommend Elisabeth as a pet sitter!

Lisa was fantastic we loved her right from the start as did the cats. She was very organised and communicative both before and during the stay. I would trust her 100% with the cats and our home and she was comfortable staying out in the country with no neighbours around her. She asked all the right questions on arrival so she was comfortable and knew what was expected of her and seemed very capable looking after both the cats and our home. The house was left immaculate and she even washed the bedding and towels before she left even though she had a long journey ahead of her. We got on so well she will always be welcome back in our house as a sitter or as a visiting friend, I really hope we see her again soon.

Lisa was just delightful. She was so very caring of my dogs. She came a couple of days before I left for my trip. She settled in wonderfully and was very easy to get along with. I was in the process of packing a lot of things for my trip, and I had a lot of things everywhere. I apologised for this but she was so accommodating.

She is a kind and generous human being. Her free spirit and sense of adventure is just lovely.

I felt happy leaving my beloved pets with Lisa. I didn't have any anxieties at all. We kept in touch whilst I was away, and she sent me pictures of my dogs, which is a great comfort.

My neighbours introduced themselves, and this was lovely for Lisa.

When I returned, both dogs were happy to see me, and they clearly were calm and relaxed. I knew they had been treated well by Lisa.

I would not hesitate to have Lisa back again for a sit. I feel confident with her capabilities at housesitting. Such a great find in a house sitter. Xxxx

Elisabeth was the perfect sitter in every way. We have 2 elderly animals, a Golden Retriever and a one-eyed cat, so wanted to be happy that they were being well cared for. We had a video chat a short time before the sit started just to go through any questions and she was relaxed, interested and very easy to get in with. We spent the first evening together, before I left, when we walked Millie together, and went through the medication that would need to be given. I was able to leave, content that Millie & Pusscat were happy with her and she with them too. Whilst we were away, we had regular updates and photos & when we arrived back the house was immaculate & she had prepared us a supper too. Both animals were very relaxed and content and had clearly enjoyed having Lisa around. We wouldn't hesitate to have her sit for us again

I would highly recommend Lisa for pet sitting. She cared for my dog while My partner and I were away and went absolutely above and beyond. She took him for walks, to the beach. I am so sad that Lisa is not in New Zealand as she was always my go-to for taking care of my dog. I cannot recommend her enough!

Lisa is the best house sitter you could ever ask for! We met up before the house sitting time even started and I straight away felt an instant connection with her. She is super friendly, easy going and reliable. We even become friends eventually. During the time we were away for travelling, I honestly felt so secured and not worried a day leaving my pets behind because I know Lisa will look after them just like her own babies. She is endeared to them and I could see how much she put into taking care of not only them but the whole house. We came back to a super clean house and happy pets.
