[ABOUT ME]

I’m Cara, 33, and I’m here to be a substitute parent for your cat and/or dog while you’re away. My goal is look after your pet the way I would want someone to look after mine.

I grew up in New Jersey with 6 cats and a sweet (albeit doof) hyperactive black Labrador. Since then, most of the places I’ve lived have had cats or dogs as part of the household.

Pets are family members and being apart from them is difficult. You can have peace of mind that I will take care of your baby exactly as you would.

If you have any questions, requests, or concerns regarding care, just message me! I’d be more than happy to discuss your pet’s needs prior to booking. 

You understand your pet better than anyone. The care I provide can be done according to any specific instructions you may have.

[COMMUNICATION]

During check-ins or overnight stays, I’m more than happy to send as many pictures or updates about your pet as you need to feel comfortable while apart from them.

In addition, I can take care of small household chores as needed (mail collection, plant-watering, trash disposal, etc)

[COVID-19]

I’m fully vaccinated and will abide by any Covid-19 precautions you’d like taken in your home (z.B. masking indoors)

[LANGUAGE]

I’m most comfortable speaking English in person, but can communicate in German while messaging, if you prefer.

I live with my partner in Moabit.
