My name is Fjolla, and I come from Kosovo, currently living and studying in Berlin, where I’m pursuing my degree in Social Work as a Human Rights Profession.

Animals have always been a meaningful part of my life, and caring for them brings me genuine joy and comfort. Growing up, my home was always filled with pets. I spent two years taking care of my cat before moving to Prishtina and then visiting her every weekend and today she’s happily looked after by my family back home. I also had a wonderful dog who sadly passed away, and I miss him deeply. This loss, combined with my lifelong love for animals, is one of the reasons I’m excited to spend more time around pets again.

I wouldn’t say I’m only a “cat person” or a “dog person”—I truly love both. Each pet has their own unique personality, and I enjoy taking the time to understand what makes them feel safe, happy, and comfortable. Whether it’s going on calm or energetic walks, playing, or simply providing companionship at home, I bring patience, warmth, and attentiveness to every interaction.
