Hi there, I’m Rosie. I’m currently available to sit cats and small animals in Lichtenberg 10317.

I offer home visits including feeding, cleaning, play/exercise in your home or garden, grooming, medications, outdoor time, and whatever else your little friend requires. We can discuss your pet’s precise requirements to ensure they get excellent care—plus I’ll send you a daily update on how they're doing complete with pictures and videos. 

You can enjoy peace of mind knowing I will take the time to ensure your pet has a clean environment, the correct diet, and whatever mental stimulation they need. I understand that every animal has a different personality with its own quirks, so I'm comfortable dealing with pets who might not warm up to a new person right away or might even be a little defensive at first. As I meet so many different animals via Pawshake, I've learned plenty of tricks for helping even the shyest feel more at ease. If your pets get bored while you're away, I always try to find ways to keep them entertained in-between visits. 

Having used Pawshake to book sitters many times, I'm aware that letting a stranger care for your animals requires a lot of trust and will always protect the privacy and security of your home. If you want your plants watered, your apartment aired out, mail collected, fish fed or something else, just let me know. For bookings of more than a few days, I always include basic cleaning such as vacuuming and taking out the trash so your home stays hygienic.

I am also able to care for and feed insectivores, including appropriately dusting feeders with supplements, gut-loading, and caring for feeders. Under select circumstances, I can offer boarding in my home for small animals and exotic pets (captive-bred only)—please message me if you are interested in this.

A bit about me: I have previously kept a range of my own animals including 3 cats, 6 goldfish, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 14 gerbils, 5 mice, and a hamster. I currently have two leopard geckos.

In my spare time, I like to research and learn about different animals. I'm active in various online communities for exotic keepers, which gives me access to up to date advanced husbandry information. Learning about animal psychology and how to provide the best possible environment for each species fascinates me. Pet-sitting is a joy for me as an opportunity to meet new animals and continue learning.
