Hallo, ich bin Colette, wohne in Berlin Weissensee und stolze Besitzerin von einem Kater und einer Katze. Moritz und Pixie halten mich ganz schön auf Trab, jeden Tag tun sie verrückte Dinge. Ich bin in meiner Kindheit mit Katzen aufgewachsen, sie sind uns immer als Kitten zugelaufen und ich habe mich um sie gekümmert, bis sie etwas größer waren. Seit zwei Jahren leben nun meine beiden Racker bei mir und meinen Mann und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, die beiden jemals wieder aus meiner Obhut zu geben. Tiere sind eine Bereicherung fürs Leben. Deshalb habe ich mich nun entschlossen, gerne andere Katzenbesitzer zu unterstützen, wenn diese in den Urlaub fahren oder auf Geschäftsreise sind.

Hi, I'm Colette and live in Berlin Weissensee with my 2 cats. Both, Moritz and Pixie, keep me busy all day, but I love it. I grew up with cats since I was a kid. Some kitten I have found in the garden of our neighborhood was tiny and cute and I took care of them until they were grown. My cats are living for 2 years now with me and my husband. I couldn't imagine a life with them anymore. Pets enrich our lives. That's why I decided to help other cat owners to support them when they are on vacation or on a business trip.

We have 2 cats and they' re both 14, and due to the old age they have high blood pressure and kidney failure, thus they have a strict schedule for food and medications. So, we requested Colette services for 5 full days. We had her come twice in order to explain EXACTLY what needed to be done and avoid any confusion.
But still, we ran into a number of issues:
- Even if we requested her to do visits between 7-9AM/PM, we had to complain for her being late
- Litter was dirty, clearly she never replaced it
- Water had not been replaced and when we arrived the cats were almost running out of it
- all our plants were dead due to not being watered at all
- She left the keys in the mailbox earlier and skipped the last visit (saying she misread the request). luckily we had an emergency contact that we could call and come home to give the medication to the cats.
We asked for a refund to Pawshake and we would never suggest Colette to someone else.

Dear Alessia,
Like mentioned in a previous message I am really sorry that I put the keys too early into the post mail, so that I could not take care of your cats in the evening as well. I had a lot of other stuff going on besides cat sitting these days and I probably mixed up the time of your arrival. I know that you were not happy about this situation and I am still really sorry for that.
Regarding the other complaints you had: Except for Sunday morning (when I arrived a bit later due to traffic problems) I was punctual in the morning and in the evening to feed the cats, gave them their medicine, cleaned the litter, opened the windows and the balcony door to let fresh air in and watered the plans.
To me, this is a lesson learned and I will not take that many jobs in the future to provide the necessary care for cats they need.
