Fernando is a biologist with over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of animals, from family pets to exotic species. His deep knowledge of animal behavior, health, and environmental needs ensures that your companion receives expert, attentive, and fully informed care. Sarah brings a naturally calm and nurturing presence, along with endless patience and a true passion for animals. Together, we create a supportive, loving, and stress-free atmosphere for pets of all personalities and backgrounds.

We’re lucky to have a spacious, secure garden, where pets can enjoy plenty of outdoor time, explore safely, and play to their heart’s content. Whether your dog loves running, sniffing around, or simply relaxing in the sun, our garden gives them the freedom and stimulation they need.

Our daily routine is built around the comfort and well-being of the animals we care for. This includes feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, administering medication when needed, and offering plenty of stimulating playtime, exercise, and cuddles. We adapt our approach to your pet’s habits and personality, whether they’re shy and sensitive, full of energy, prefer quiet companionship, or have special needs.

Your pet’s safety is always a priority. We maintain close supervision, pay attention to behavioral signals, and follow any specific guidelines you share regarding routines, training cues, or health requirements.

We speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and are happy to communicate with you in whichever language you feel most comfortable.
