Hi,

I'm a married Romanian guy, 27, and a very good friend of animals. I live in the city center of Venlo, working in IT, hybrid (some days at home) and I have 2 awesome adopted cats (1,5 and 1-year-old). 

I was always a pet-friendly person and I'm always thinking of gathering all kinds of animals into my house to care for them. I even want a duck, perhaps when I will get a modest house with a small yard. But any other pet that can easily live in an apartment is a joy.

As a child, I had turtles, a hamster, rabbits and fish, then, when I grew old I decided I want a dog and so I had a ChowChow girl. I realized (not too late) that a ChowChow would have a better life if she had a yard at her disposal, outside, to the detriment of an apartment. Therefore I decided to give her to one of my university colleagues that lived in a house with a big backyard and another dog. We kept seeing each other regularly even after. Now, I have these 2 gorgeous cats, even if I like dogs as much as the cats and other pets. 

At some point, we had to go out of the country for a week or so, and we were looking for a pet sitter, but we could not find any for that period, in the area. We brought them to a pet hotel in Nijmegen (recommended by a friend), and the experience was a good one. Nevertheless, I recently realized I could be of help to others in need of a person, to take care of their loyal friend.

Even if I prefer not to offer pet sitting at my place, that could change. We can talk and come to an agreement, if needed. What I can offer though, is:

- Pet sitting at owner's place for some hours (but not all day unfortunately, so maximum 8 hours approx.), with some exceptions, of course, if it's about non-recurring days, we can talk about 10-12 hours.

- Pet sitting at my place, on the days I am working from home (we can discuss that as well), if your pet is friendly to cats (mine are used to small dogs and other cats currently).

- Dog walks (or any other pet) or playing time, minimum of 30 minutes, as often as needed (especially in the afternoon). Each walk/play session can take place at the time agreed with the owner.

- Home visits (for any kind of pet). I can feed the pet(s), prepare the food for them if needed, play with them, clean after them, clean their place/litter, administrate medication (no injections though), and even water the plants (they are our friends as well after all) or fix your PC. I can also take care of farm animals, if needed, I'm a country boy.

I can get to the established place by car, by bike, or even by walking, so commuting is not an impediment.

Do not hesitate to contact me, I will gladly assist you with anything you need! I only speak English (for now) and just a little bit of Dutch, some essential words, but I'm sure we can understand each other in some way.
