"Ariela is such a caring girl, with a very positive energy and a lot of love for my Güicho. The communication with her was also super smooth at all time. Since I contacted her jn the app , she replied right away and we had a video call the same day. Then she was always available to chat and after she look after my sick dog, she always was asking about him, worried about his health ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for the love shared! "

"Michèle ist großartig mit Hund und Katze! Schon beim Kennenlernen hat sie eine gute Beziehung zu unseren Tieren aufgebaut. Als sie dann zwei Wochen bei uns als Tiersitterin eingezogen ist, hatten wir sofort Vertrauen zu ihr und wussten unsere Tiere bei ihr in guten Händen. Sie hat sich sehr gut um alle gekümmert, uns täglich mit Fotos und Informationen auf dem Laufenden gehalten.
Selten, dass wir aus dem Urlaub kamen und ganz entspannte Tiere hatten. Wir können Michèle sehr empfehlen, sie hat wirklich viel Erfahrung mit Hunden und Katzen. Immer ruhig und entspannt. Auch die Abwicklung mit Schlüsselprotokoll und Vollmacht arrangiert sie ganz souverän und zuverlässig. Super! Fünf Sterne!"

"Jasmin took great care of our 7-year-old dog. She stayed in our home overnight to look after him while we were away. She was overall very gentle with him and kept the house very tidy and clean as well!
Communication was easy, with chats and answers to any concerns along with photo and video updates.
Our dog seemed to be very comfortable with Jasmin as he showed no signs of uneasiness and had no change in his eating habits, despite having separation anxiety in his previous experience with pet sitters.
Our dog tends to be feisty, hyper and unfriendly with other animals. Jasmin seemed to have handled this well since there are a lot of dogs in our building and on our street. She was even quick to carry him during a run-in with an aggressive dog.
We left some special instructions regarding things to avoid because of our dog's previous health issues and Jasmin was happy to follow them.
She also took the time to clean a bit around his eyes after asking us if it was okay.
We were very pleased with Jasmin and would definitely book her again for our next vacation.

"Marco took excellent care of my elderly cat and of my apartment while I was away. He was brilliant. Very communicative, sent regular updates and was great with the cat. He left the apartment clean and tidy. He’s a great guy and I can’t recommend him highly enough. "

"Sydney had the best time with Alexa and Tracey! They took really good care of her, Sydney enjoyed long walks and was comfy in her place. I got updates regularly so that I was totally relaxed during my time away. The apartment was left tidy and spotless clean. Definitely recommended :) "

"Long trips are challenging when you have pets, as we need to find someone we trust to take care of our beloved Don.
Pamela was perfect, as she has lots of experience with cats. Don trusted her from the first time, which made us fell really good, as he usually takes his time to trust people.
She showed up everyday at the time we agreed, sent videos and pictures of him playing and we managed to spend these 20 days really relaxed.
When we were back, the house was organised and clean (as we left it), and Don was happy, looking forward to see us! Can't thank Pamela enough! Definitely recommended!"

"Niharika stayed at our appartement for two weeks and took great care of our cat!
Right from the start, Niharika made everything easy. The communication was super fast and simple, and we immediately felt confident in our choice.
Through the updates and pictures she sent us regularly during our absence, we could see that Niharika not only followed the basic instructions we left her for the food and care but also really took the time and attention to get to know our cat and build a real relationship with her.
When we came back from our trip it was clear that our cat had a great time with Niharika!
We are so grateful to have found Niharika, and we will definitely book her again in the future!"

"Aimi was/is a great pet-sitter! She took care of our cat Elmo and lived with him in your apartment for a few days. She's is completely reliable and cares a lot not only for Elmo, also our apartment was in a great condition when we arrived back home. I would book her again if I need someone I trust to look after our baby Elmo :) - she knows how to handle the pet and to get to know them first without being too pushy - she gives them space to get to know her. "Fiona was the perfect cat sitter during our weekend getaway! She clearly knows how to read cats and asked all the right questions when she came over to pick up the key and to meet Pepper and Patti. As always we were a bit worried about our timid cat Pepper, but the frequent pictures we received made us feel very secure and relaxed. I found it particularly impressive when Fiona messaged, that our rather uncomplicated and social cat Patti was looking “a little bit off” in the afternoon - which turned out to be just her “Jealous!” demeanor after Pepper got some playtime. I’m sure that not every cat sitter we’ve had in the past would have even noticed or mentioned . We definitely recommend Fiona as a cat sitter!"

She had proactively communicated about arrival times and about their walks with Shark.
Given that it was the first time she’s meet our dog, it was important that they get along and they bonded from the moment they first meet.
She even sent pictures and videos ☺️ of them having a great time!
Anastasiia asked very good questions about the routine, the expectations we have during walks and about the dog, so she can provide the best service.

"Carina took wonderful care of our cat and apartment while we were on holiday. She was very communicative, sent pictures and frequent updates, and left our apartment in great shape. "Romina was so great with my little Yorkshire Terrier, Cookie. This was the first time leaving my dog with someone other than my family so I was a little nervous but I already felt super confident and comfortable with her when I showed her my house and
Cookie and her met each other for the first time. I could immediately tell she would take such great care of him, they were like best friends straight away🥰 And she definitely exceeded my expectations, she sent me updates every day multiple times, went on multiple long walks with him every day, really listened to my wishes and the specific behaviors that Cookie has.
